BPR is excited to announce the completion of this 16,000 SF Tenant Improvement for one of the cutting-edge high-tech firms in the valley. We are still in progress with the 100,000 SF manufacturing facility next door which will include clean rooms, additional warehouse office space, and tool manufacturing.
We are excited to share our 400,000 SF Industrial warehouses, retrofit. Improvements include a two-hour rated demising wall, electrical distribution for completely new HVAC system, and full insulation replacement.
BPR has just completed this 5.000 SF ground up automotive repair and service facility in Gilbert, AZ.
